Pilates Instructor & Studio Owner
A former professional dancer and choreographer, Pippa trained at the Laban Centre in Movement and Dance from 1992 to 1996. After graduating with a BA in Dance Theatre she then performed for several years in the art of modern dance, jazz and street dancing whilst also training clients in fitness. It was fitness training that led Pippa to a deeper understanding of the body-mind connection that eventually led her to Pilates.

Pippa became certified in fitness by the YMCA and ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) and then moved onto her formal training in Pilates becoming certified as a Stott Pilates Instructor in 2006. Pippa has been training on a one-to-one basis in both Matwork and Stott equipment based Pilates to a large and varied clientele in the Southeast London area before opening One One One Pilates in October 2010.


Greg completed his BSc. Physio (Hons) degree in South Africa in 1994 before moving to the U.K. in 2003. Since this time Greg has been developing his skills whilst working as a Physiotherapist in a private practice in the City where he has gained extensive experience treating a wide variety of conditions.

Greg specialises in sports injuries and post orthopaedic surgery rehab but also has a special interest in work related posture and the prevention of posture related injuries in office based staff. Part of his work involves doing presentations and training for companies on ergonomic posture management.

Greg’s sporting interests are distance running and long distance triathlon, having completed the Comrades Ultra-marathon and Ironman triathlon.

Greg is a firm believer in educating clients to better manage themselves in order to prevent injury.

Pilates Instructor
Natalie’s background is as a professional dancer, with a varied career that saw her dancing for some of the worlds biggest artists.
It was during her dance career that Natalie discovered her love for Pilates. She not only enjoyed it and felt energised after but it had huge benefits to her as a dancer, increasing core strength and flexibility as well as increasing muscle strength whilst keeping her body lean and toned.
Natalie is a fully Certified Stott Instructor Certified Pre and Post Natal Pilates Instructor with Body Control Pilates. Natalie is also a Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer Exercise Rehabilitation Specialist. She is currently studying for her full certification with STOTT Pilates.
Massage Therapist
Sharon is a fully qualified massage therapist with over 12 years experience in spa’s and salons in and around London.

Sharon is passionate about massage therapy, and considers massage to be an important part of maintaining good health. She loves meeting people and gets great satisfaction in improving the way people feel when experiencing stress or pain related issues. Although specialising in swedish, deep tissue massage Sharon carefully plans out the each massage in accordance with client needs and requests, personalising the experience for every individual.

Regardless of a client’s needs, she enjoys creating a warm, relaxing environment in which to wind down into deep relaxation mode.

Pilates Instructor & Acupuncturist
Theresa first took up Pilates in 2003 following a back injury, and after experiencing the benefits of Pilates for herself she began training as an instructor at the central London YMCA; qualifying as a Stott Pilates instructor in 2010. Theresa teaches Pilates matwork - and helps clients improve their posture, strengthen their back and abdominal muscles, and increase their flexibility by guiding them through a series of exercises which focus on stabilising the central core. She is also trained in post-natal Pilates.

Theresa is also a fully-qualified acupuncturist, having undertaken four years of training to gain a BSc in Acupuncture. She is a member of the British Acupuncture Council and is available for appointments at 111 Pilates on Thursdays.

Both Pilates and acupuncture feed Theresa’s interest in the mind-body connection between activity and health.

Pilates Instructor
Sam is a fully qualified Stott Pilates matwork and reformer instructor. She studied at the YMCA in London, and is also qualified in Pre and Post-natal Pilates with Body Control. Sam is currently studying for her full certification with STOTT Pilates.

Sam believes that teaching clients to really understand the point of the exercises combined with increasing their awareness of how the body works delivers the best results. She is passionate about teaching and loves it when clients feel the benefits - particularly when clients claim to find muscles they never knew they had!

Sam strongly believes in the multifaceted benefits of pilates. She believes it keeps us strong and flexible but also has hugely positive effects relaxing the mind and helping us engage with our body and how we move. With focused pilates practice, Sam notes that you don’t just move better. You also breath better, sleep better, and live better!

In her ‘life before children’, Sam did a degree in French and Spanish and worked in Fashion before taking a break to have her two children and is more likely to be seen with an ice cream than a raw juice in her hand!

Studio Manager  
Chiara studied philosophy at the University of Palermo, Sicily and completed post graduate studies in communication and social media.

Despite the weather, Chiara loves living in London, where she has been based since 2012. Chiara has been a friendly and familiar face at 111 Pilates for the past 3 years and deals with the day to day management of the studio. Chiara also works as a Production Assistant in the Comics industry.
