What information do we collect?

From time to time, we may ask you to submit personal information about yourself (e.g. name and email address etc.) in order to receive or use services on our website. Such services include newsletters or requesting a free demo.

We do not collect sensitive information about you except when you specifically knowingly provide it.

What is a cookie?

Like many other websites, we may use cookies to provide personalised services. A cookie is a small text file that your Internet browser stores on your computer's hard drive for record keeping purposes. Cookies in themselves do not identify the individual user, just the computer used. Only the information that you provide, or your preferences while visiting the website, can be stored in a cookie. Cookies do not compromise your privacy or security as they store a randomly generated identifying tag on your computer.

Most web browsers are initially set to accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can set your internet browser to refuse them. The browser that you are using should have specific instructions on how to do this and also how to delete unwanted cookies that have already been accepted. Most browsers also allow you to change your preferences so that you are notified each time a cookie has been issued. Please see your browser's documentation or online help guides. General information about deleting or controlling cookies is available from a variety of independent websites including: http://www.allaboutcookies.org/.

However, please be aware that should you choose to restrict or block cookies set by One One One Pilates Studio this will impact some of the richer functionality of the site. This will include streaming video and social media integration.

The Privacy Policy that applies to such third-party content will be that published on the website of that third-party content provider.

Beacons

We may access cookies stored on your computer when you visit our site in future or when you open an email from us. We are able to do this by including web beacons (also known as invisible GIFS) in our emails.

Our web beacons do not store additional information on your computer but they can tell us when you have opened emails from us by communicating with our cookies on your computer. If you object to web beacons, we recommend that you follow the instructions for deleting existing cookies and disabling future cookies. We will still know how many of our emails are opened and we will automatically receive your IP address, but we will not be able to identify you as an individual.

One One One Pilates Studio may collect IP addresses for the purposes of systems administration and to audit the use of our site. We do not ordinarily link a user's IP address to personally identifiable information of that user, which means each user's session will be logged, but the user remains anonymous to us.
